The 6 Music Festival was held in Cardiff across 4 days and 6 venues in April 2022.

Afanti won the competitive tender to become the facilities and production provider for the festival, covering the broadcasting to BBC iPlayer and streaming live from multiple venues across the city. It was a key moment for Wales that the event came to Cardiff and we were delighted to be part of it.

With events such as 6 Music, we were able to work with local groups, universities, and colleges to give opportunities on location which enabled us to deliver a key part of Afanti’s strategy in terms of diversity and inclusion.
